from the start


a big pile of stuff

is never more than a big pile of stuff

at a very high price


and life is forever free

as we wander amoung

all these things


once we were people

not so much anymore

so many are only

the care actors they play


caring only makes life seem small

as does not caring

both are emotional devices

just another form of mental masterbation

apparently to convince our self

and others of our choosing

that we have feelings
