on our little world

and our fellow creatures

human emotions are

mostly manipulated in our time

and for a long time


this affliction is trashing our lives

before we even get to live them


we could examine what we are doing

but so few notice their self


all the wants are outside

when what really matters

what we are inside


our self


we have let our selfishness

leads us astray


and being a stray
