facing life

doesn't take great courage

facing life takes a willingness to be

in all situations and circumstances


courage is a beast i once faced

and it almost destroyed me

in my youthful braveness and great courage


all that crap was a long time ago

and of no value at all

but i didn't know any better


and still don't


lost is perhaps how we find ourselves

if we can accept being lost
