every where we go

we leave a track

until we don't

an idea we humans made up

which i usually call

our imaginary friend


some have been taught to think

one must fight and kill and die

to please god and get some reward


some have been taught to think

they must submit and suffer and die

what i see

is we humans are pretty ignorant

arrogant and egotistical

and not overly nice


and this situation seems to me to be

face our ignorance and be free of that crap

or face the results of that crap

and be buried under that crap

for a while


and apparently lately

we just start the game again

whether we like it or not


all i can say to that is

sure hope i'm be'n me


which only reveals

how afraid and insecure i am

with my self


life is only really scary

if we are afraid to face life


have done some research in this life

about how to face that situation

and a few times

how not to

an organism

what i get to be for a while

what we get to be

what our fellow creatures get to be

what the plants and bacteria get to be


organism is kind of a funny word

humans seem to like to come up with types of life


types is a stupid word

awareness

awareness is not a product of thought

confusion and conflict

are products of thought


thinking has become

the greatest affliction

of the human race


we have been domesticated

and trained how to preform

like cattle and sheep and horses

and are no longer allowed

to find our own way

with our self

and be as life made us


we now substitute thinking

for mind and being


the modern human system

that rules and regulates us all

is in conflict with

and preys upon nature

and is rapidly becoming a threat

to our little world

because we train the children

to be what we want them to be

with no respect for their true nature


if we can't face what we are doing

and respect the sovereignty of the children

we tread a dangerious path

and don't know who we are


what we think we know

is mostly guessing and speculation


ideas aren't real

and wareness is not a product of thought


untrained human beings

don't know how to act


act is the clue

water

without water

there is no garden


without the garden

there is no water

rejection

if you can't accept

those that reject you

you will have a harder time

accepting those that do


rejection is an incomplete way

sorrows

sarrows are only sorrows

if you can't face them

for what they are

me

for some

the smallest

part of their self


for some

the greatest

part of their self


for some

not all that

particularly relevant


and some just wonder

what all that crap means

cancer

the disease of

self rejection


which is encouraged

almost from birth


so few are accepted

for who the are


so many are told

what to be


so few are free

to be

digging a hole

in the whole

leaves behind

a pretty big pile

of refuse to climb

dignity

not sure what that word means

seems to me to be

kind of a play like thing

like acting

doing

when you do things

only for the money

you sell your self

into slavery

life has many faces

learning

learning becomes almost impossible

when we reach conclusions

and think we know something


then comes wanting

which rejection of what is


and then the desire for control


being is then lost

as we become lost

in our personal ideas and desires


we now manage our self

and our true nature betrayed

if one thing is true

then its opposite

must also be true


here on this plane of dualities


apparently

we don't know

what we are doing


as we multiply ourselves

with such enthusiasm

facing

facing the lesser

is the first step

to facing the greater


for we are both

stop

the only perfect word

in this time of doing

and trying


we forgot about being

knowing

if you don't know

who you are

just be who you are

and face the music

as you can

fathers

most get to look at their father

few have seen their father

in modern times


the same can ususally be said for mothers


and very few see the children


but most sure like money

and their pride


seeing is really important

if you only listen to the words

by modern i mean what i have seen of this place


most modern people seek gratification

of such behavior

are now for all to see


mostly i feel like

fear can only be based upon

not knowing who you are

we start in on children

to program their minds
before they learn to play

a child needs the time
to first know its self
and it hurts to be told
to just get on that shelf

with no time to consider
just what this might be
we rob them so quickly
of their right to see

it seems plain to me
the old way's not so smart
as we rip up this planet
and tear at its heart

in spite of the terrors
which now fill the land
the stink of pollution
so carefully planned

we still tell them all
that "i know what's best"
but the results that i see
sure don't pass the test

the innocence found
in the eyes of a child
the master once spoke of
in terms not so mild

be as the children
is what he once said
the will to respect them
today seems quite dead

most just play roles
that were forced in their mind
with no thought of nature
now so hard to find

a fresh look at life
is the gift of new birth
if we don't respect it
then what is it worth

Nature

we humans seem to have developed

a real affection for

interfering with nature


i don't see that

as a very wise decision

Escape

there is no escape

from our self


we can create barrers

which only make our situation worse


and my self

is also your self


Krishnamurti was right

we are the world

and the conflict is within us


we are both the source

and the solution


yet in our selfishness

we are unable to work

for the good of all life

Rejection

it is always more fun

to be rejected by

those that like you


especially if you like them

Vengeance

if we humans can't give up

our obsession with vengeance

it's pretty much over for us


no one ever wins that game


and we humans sure do like our games

and our stupid little emotional disorders


vengeance has taken many names

retribution

payback

punishment

justice

the law

gods will


but vengeance is still vengeance

and the greatest destroyer of all


we all have to find

our own way

winning and losing

how we humans loose

reveals a lot more about our character

than how we win


we humans are pretty prejudice

about winning and losing

which causes a lot of conflict


life is not about winning and losing

but most of us seem to think it is


my father told me a long time ago

it ain't whether you win or lose

it's how you play the game


he was a pretty sharp guy

although i didn't recognize that

at the time


we humans have such a fascination

with conflict

which will probably lead

to our downfall

which probably won't be much fun

or very pretty

thinking

just another form of escapism

and another product of our time


awareness is not a product of thought


product is the clue

rejection

if you want me to be

who i was yesterday

you are rejecting

who i am today


life is not stationary

to write on as you choose

as so many seem to think

wisdom

being smart is one situation

wisdom quite another

that technology stuff

is just a gimmick

and only here for a while

your self

is all that lasts forever


and i am no fan

of any modern or ancient religion
